The batterymanagement is not measureing the SoC with a shunt. It’s calculated by the software, so it could be, that the SoC seems to have 10% but it’s at 2% in reality. It then may happen, that a voltage drop alert the system, that the battery is at 0% and forces you to disable the output. As cells are never the same and software calculated explains also why your battery packs are never at the same level. From that post of Surfer1264, I understand that the packs are re-balancing only when the are fully at 100%, so take care that this every couple of days happen (not too often to keep your packs healthy for a lot cycles).
