I would like to hear from anyone that might be encountering this situation/issue.

I have two identical system that display this issue.

Each system is a SBV4600 with parallel B4600 sattelite battery connected and latest firmware.

The issue is that the B4600 status on the Zendure APP seems to get stuck e.g nothing changes even after a week of use.

Attached is a screenshot showing the B4600 at 29% whilst the SBV4600 has been at 100% all day.

I suspect this is an issue with the APP and not the actual charge/discharge status of the system but would like other views.

Over the past four weeks I have repeated the following on both my system and it is repeatable:-

Unplug all inputs and output
Shut down the system
Turn the system on from the SBV4600 on/off button
Wait until the system has finished initialising and attached B4600 icon is showing on the SBV4600 panel.
Check that the B4600 is showing as attached in the Zendure APP.
Connect the solar input and AC output.
Check the status of the B4600 in the APP to see that there is activity e.g charging, discharging etc.

After this process I see that the B4600 charge state is close to the charge state showing on the SBV4600 and I see charging activity.

HOWEVER! After a period of time when I go back to check the B4600 charge state it will be stuck on value of charge and sometimes might show a charging value say 120W,but it never changes after that until the process is repeated.

Any ideas or suggests would be welcomed.
