I would like to hear from anyone that might be encountering this situation/issue.
I have two identical system that display this issue.
Each system is a SBV4600 with parallel B4600 sattelite battery connected and latest firmware.
The issue is that the B4600 status on the Zendure APP seems to get stuck e.g nothing changes even after a week of use.
Attached is a screenshot showing the B4600 at 29% whilst the SBV4600 has been at 100% all day.
I suspect this is an issue with the APP and not the actual charge/discharge status of the system but would like other views.
Over the past four weeks I have repeated the following on both my system and it is repeatable:-
- Unplug all inputs and output
- Shut down the system
- Turn the system on from the SBV4600 on/off button
- Wait until the system has finished initialising and attached B4600 icon is showing on the SBV4600 panel.
- Check that the B4600 is showing as attached in the Zendure APP.
- Connect the solar input and AC output.
- Check the status of the B4600 in the APP to see that there is activity e.g charging, discharging etc.
After this process I see that the B4600 charge state is close to the charge state showing on the SBV4600 and I see charging activity.
HOWEVER! After a period of time when I go back to check the B4600 charge state it will be stuck on value of charge and sometimes might show a charging value say 120W,but it never changes after that until the process is repeated.
Any ideas or suggests would be welcomed.
