■ Device model and quantity:
• 2 × SolarFlow 2400 AC+
• System 1: SolarFlow 2400 AC+ with 4 batteries (1 built-in + 3 × AB3000L)
• System 2: SolarFlow 2400 AC+ with 3 batteries (1 built-in + 2 × AB3000L)
• 1 × Zendure Smart Meter P1
■ Brief description of the issue:
Since updating to the latest firmware (SolarFlow V2.0.0 / Smart Meter P1 V1.1.0) and HEMS 2.0, my system behaves differently than before.
My installation consists of two SolarFlow 2400 AC+ systems operating together under one Smart Meter P1.
When there is PV generation, both ZENKI AI Mode and Auto Mode continuously switch between charging and discharging. In ZENKI AI this behaviour is much more severe. The charging/discharging power constantly changes with large fluctuations instead of regulating smoothly.
In the evening, Auto Mode becomes mostly stable again, while ZENKI AI continues to oscillate between charging and discharging.
Both SolarFlow systems also enter standby much more frequently than before the update.
Before the latest HEMS/Firmware update, the complete installation operated normally in ZENKI AI mode. The behaviour started only after updating.
I also noticed that the previous HEMS/ZENKI version allowed users to configure a maximum electricity price for grid charging. This option appears to have been removed in HEMS 2.0. For users with dynamic electricity contracts (such as Zonneplan), this was one of the most valuable settings. Please consider bringing back a user-configurable charging price threshold (for example: "Do not charge from the grid above €X/kWh").
Could you also verify whether the current ZENKI AI algorithm has been fully validated for installations with multiple SolarFlow 2400 AC+ systems operating together under one Smart Meter P1?
■ Troubleshooting steps you have tried:
• Restarted both SolarFlow 2400 AC+ units.
• Restarted and reconnected the Smart Meter P1.
• Verified that all devices are running the latest firmware.
• Tested Manual Mode (stable).
• Tested Auto Mode (more stable, but still oscillates during PV generation).
• Tested ZENKI AI Mode (continuous oscillations during the day and also in the evening).
• The issue started only after the latest HEMS/Firmware update.
■ Time the issue occurred:
Started around 2–3 July 2026 after updating to the latest firmware and HEMS version.
