The update installation (via Wifi) is being controlled by Zendure's servers, not by your phone. The progress reporting is being estimated on your phone, and will report failure if it takes too long, even though the server may still be working on it. That said, Zendure also managed to roll out some updates to SolarFlow which just fail on a significant number of devices and brick them.
