V4600 remote control without wi-fi

Hello to everyone. Maybe somebody can help me. How to remotely turn off the AC output on V4600 station at the right time if there is no access to the Wi-Fi network.

You can Connect to the SBV by using bluetooth.

I have 2 V4600’s with different problems on both. My New Superbase V4600 which I foolishly updated the Master Frimwsre and the AC Firmware. After the update, I can NO longer enable AC Power Output. It will NOT Charge via 110 Volt Power and it will NOT Charge via a Harbor Freight Predator 5000 Inverter/Generator. I have it connected to a single Heline 530 Watt Solar Panel which charges 50 to 80 Watts. I am able to connect with both Bluetooth and WiFi. On my Old Superbase V4600 I updated the AC Power Firmware to v2.2.7. I Can enable AC Power Output, it Charges with the Harbor Freight Predator 5000 Inverter/Generator. I have not tried via 110 Volt Power. However I can NOT connect via Bluetooth or WiFi. One take away is NEVER update more than 1 Firmware at a time.

As of yesterday my Old Superbase V4600 was Charging with the Harbor Freight Predator 5000 Inverter/Generator. Today it is NOT Charging. I can NOT connect via Bluetooth or WiFi. I have tried both Reset Procedures: Hold Down Power Button and LED Button for 3 Seconds and Holding Down Power Button for 15 Plus Seconds until the SuperBase V4600 Powers Down. When I Press the Power Button Both Bluetooth and WiFi are Flashing without having to Press the IOT button. I am unable to connect via Bluetooth or WiFi. I Now have two inoperable SuperBase V4600s.
