I have the same icon on my sbp 2000 unit. Took my awhile to get wifi to work. Had to do multiple resets using hold power + AC + DC buttons rogether for about 5 seconds.
I believe this icon indicates that you have limits set on how much to charge the batteries. Like you can set to stop charging at 70 / 80/ 90 %. And then it stops charging.
