How to discharge fully?

Hi,
My battery goes into bypass when it's in 98%
But strangely it doesn't discharge.
I need to put manually a change in the amount of discharging. Otherwise it will not charge.
I informed the seller and he asked the producent and they said it's regarding the calibration.
And I should discharge the battery to the full and charge it then again to 100%
My questions
1) anybody think this is the way?
2) when I change the 10% to 0% in the configuration it says It can damage this way the battery.

Help?

Just set 15 % and 100% and you’re good to go.

But then I am not using my full battery. I then can use only 85% of it. No?

How can you discharge the whole battery so I can fill it again as the producent tells.

I believe all this started after an update of the software

And regarding your post from 07-11-24, the standby note was there because the sun was covering your consumption from the house of 149w.

I don't understand your answer. If I look at that question it says in the picture it was on standby producing arond 150 watt. So what I understand is that the solar always go to the battery unless you are in bypass, not? I have a use of 100W aleays 24/7 and sometimes more if I set it. Am I reading the picture wrongly?

If you tap on the gear button at the upper right you can set the consumption under the point discharge level by hand .

In your picture, you have not set an energy plan, but, as I see it, manually set a discharge of 150w. However, these 150w were covered by the solar input. That's why the battery was in standby. Because there was no energy to charge and there was no need to feed in from the battery.

IT Not a good Idea to Dichargen the battery completely. Zendure recommends to leave about 10%, we recommend about 15% of Energy to leave in the battery.

The Answer of the support is incorrect. The first level Support ist unfortunately not well trained.

It is not recommended to discharge your battery completely. You can do it, but the chance that the battery is going Into a very deep discharge is very high.

That’s why we as community find out 15-100 is for the summer fine.

Hi. I am still confused. Sorry for the questions. Do now I see my battery 100% and in standby. From the solar, 150W goes directly to the house. But I want 300W, so I put it manually. The main display shows 98% and in standby and only the solar power gives 150W. I would expect from the battery also 150W or 300W.
Is this correct how it should work? Because I am really getting the idea I will not be using the battery energy.

And now the panel produce uw..and no energy from the battery..so Ingo to settings of manual and it states 300W. I touch the slider to 280W and suddenly it works.. Why?
