Zero response from Zendure for 3 weeks

I have 2 SBV 4600 and 1 satellite battery. All 3 are dead. They don't work at all. I went back & forth with Zendure and finally they agreed to allow me to return for a refund. I told them I need them to send me packaging so the units are not damaged in transit. Now for 3 weeks they won't respond to my emails. I wrote 6 times but no reply. And now I keep getting emails saying they are closing my case. I respond to keep the case open, but I get another email saying it is closed. What can I do?

Packaging that is required to return the units is not available in stores here. And even if it was, Zendure hasn't sent me a return packing slip. They just stopped replying to my emails after they agreed to allow me to return for a refund.

Ich weiß nicht in welchem Land du bist, aber sie müssen dir mindestens einen Rücksendeschein ausstellen, damit du weißt wohin du das Packet schicken sollst. Verpackung und Versand ist dein Bier. Am besten mit Versicherung hin schicken.

In this country for large or bulky items, the business will arrange for pickup and packaging, then the cost for that will be deducted from the refund.

Prior to this Zendure was replying to my emails every 2-3 days. As soon as they agreed to the return and promising to send return labels in 2-3 days, they stopped replying. I do not have any return labels for the three batteries.

It is extremely alarming that they keep trying to close the case. It happened five times in one day.

I have 2 SBV 4600 and 1 satellite battery. All 3 stopped working at the beginning of May on the same day, one at a time. They don't discharge at all. I had one thing plugged in, using about 500w- a small load.

SBV error codes: 002,003, 021, 022, 223, 312

The satellite battery fault indicator is red.

They don't discharge at all. First one SBV stopped working. So I moved the satellite battery to the second SBV. The second SBV stopped working. Then finally the satellite battery stopped working. This was all in about 2 hours. Nothing was attached to the house. I only had a couple of things plugged into it.

Codes are 002, 003, 218, 021 for one of the SBV. The other SBV says 002, 003, 021, 223.

Den Fehler Code 312 und 217 sowie 023 und den 003 habe ich auch teilweise gingen die weg beim neustarten der Batterie, teilweise sind sie noch vorhanden

Replacement seems the only way. I am waiting since 40 days as apparently thre was no stock, even though I sent the unit in the original package. How complicated is it to drive them yourself for exchange? For the first Replacement I drove myself after arranging with support. Instead of waiting and if you do not have the original package then see to get them there yourself if an option. For me it was a 2.5hour drive each way.

It is about 32 hours one way for us. Plus we don't have a truck, only small cars and need to return 3 units.

Zendure finally wrote again and said they would arrange for a truck to pick up the units today. I got them packaged and one pallet. No one came. And they never sent the return slips as promised. I'm so tired of this.
