Update: after 4 weeks chatting with support and trying several things, my device was replaced. I have to admit, that, at the moment when replacement was agreed on, the whole process went very fast. Zendure delivered replacement within a few days and fetched the old one. (From most companies you're asked to send your defective item in and wait for the replacement). So, good job at that, Zendure. Hope that the issue with the AC controller will not happen again. Firmware is now up to date....
