Grelli Hallo, auch bei meiner SB 1500 ist keine Seriennummer zu sehen, dort steht: SN__ ! Scheint wohl so gewollt und "beheben" kann man das anscheinend nicht! Grüße aus Köln, Klaus 😎
Ihor I solved this issue. I wrote to technical support, provided them with information about my serial number, and they added it to the application.
