- The station does not hold the capacity. Discharges evenly to 70% and then instantly drops to 0%. In practice, instead of 2000 W, it holds 600-700 W and discharges. (schedule added)
- Charging error. Charging up to 30% and then instantly becomes 100%, although in fact, it manages to charge somewhere at 600 W
- The input plug of the charging station in AC mode shocks with current.
- UPS mode does not work
- The application incorrectly calculates the discharge and charging time.
- Official support does not help in solving problems, although 2 mountains of warranty support are indicated.
I bought the station in February 2023, used it carefully and infrequently, but always maintained a charge of about 90%. For the entire time of use, approximately 50 cycles have passed and the station has lost more than half of its capacity. Although the manufacturer guarantees 3000 cycles without loss of capacity.
