Clauszendure Seit heute Morgen verbleibt der Hub im standby Modus, obwohl die Sonne scheint. Der Akku steht bei 15 %. Hat jemand von euch vielleicht eine Lösung dafür? Ich habe schon ein komplettes Reset durchgeführt das hat aber nicht geholfen. Das Gerät verlässt den Stand-by Modus nicht. Vielen Dank
Mucakrava Hello. I have the same problem, it's almost 2 months now…. I opened a ticket with zendura support. So far nothing has happened. I got replies from their support that they are looking into the problem... shame they can't fix the problem in almost two months. It has now been 2 weeks since I wrote to them to replace the HUB under warranty. I'm still waiting for their answer on how to proceed. the support is very poor...
haydar Have you tried to change your Region in your personal Profile? In my case after some changes back and forth it helped and worked again. This is then like new installation.
stephan7983 Mir geht es genauso. Neue Zeitzone, alles gelöscht, alles neu hinzugefügt, weder unter Global noch unter Deutschland kommt Strom ins Haus.
Simon650 Tatsächlich hat meiner das ebenfalls heute früh gemacht und noch dazu nur über Bluetooth erreichbar. Habe nach einem Neustart (6sec) drücken das w-lan neu eingerichtet und den Energie Modus nochmal neu gespeichert. Im Anschluss ging wieder alles. Möglicherweise hilft es :-)
