SBV 4600 LED light

Hi guys, last few months the green LED lights on SBV4600 and satelite batteries turn on every few minutes with no reason. Do you have any idea how to fix it?

Check with no devices connected maybe it is a device or a port, if not create a ticket.

I didnt create the ticket, l created 4 tickets last year and nothing was solved until now
