Imminent shutdown after AC input disconnection

Superbase 1500 has been immedeatly shutting down after AC input is removed, SOC shows 100% full state but the graphs jump wetween 0 and 100 as shown on picture. Update is not possible and it seems as if the product (bought new today from authorized reseller) has had the same behaviour in february. Please advise is the unit infact faulty or is there anything I can do to get it working. Reset procedures shown in public manuals gave no result 🙁

Probably a battery that has drifted way out of balance and is stuck in a state where it can neither charge nor discharge. It's rather concerning that Zendure apparently resells warranty retuns as new, especially broken ones. I'd return that thing ASAP.
