Home Panel Off-grid mode, not working.

I have two SBV6400 units connected to my home panel via the zen ports. One of them will go into off-grid mode, which is need for battery backups. The other will start to go into the mode, click a couple of times and give up. To make things worse, when only one SBV 6400 is connected, off-grid mode only allows me to use half of my circuits on the home panel for some reason, making the whole system useless unless I can get the second unit to go into off-grid mode.
Zendure customer support is insanely slow, so not much help there.
I have tried resetting the SBV6400, but results are the same. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I would like to know how you got the SBV to work. I just got my Smart Home Panel installed last weekend. Everything seems to work except for the SBV not charging. I dont see an option for off grid mode either.

One question for you, do you have 60 amp breaker installed with the provided 8 awg wire or did your electrician use something like 4 awg wire? My electrician installed 40 amp double pole circuit breakers which makes me think this why its not communicating with SBV at all. I have support ticket with Zendure but trying to figure this out on own as well. Any help is much appreciated.
