How do I update firmware?

I just received my Superbase V4600 and followed the instructions to connect it to the app. I am using bluetooth. The app says the battery is offline but then it says the device is being updated. It's not...

I am looking for a place to download the firmware onto the included usb stick but can't find any information. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi Lisa, I did not receive a USB Stick with my V4600. I was connected via WiFi updating the Firmware when my V4600 hung. After contacting support and waiting about a week, I was told to do a 15 Second Reset by Holding Down the Power Button. I was then able to update the Firmware. I sent an email to support suggesting that they add a page under support for Firmware Updates. The Firmware Download Procedure for USB Sticks should be throughly explained. Even better would be testing this procedure with non tech people to be sure everyone can assured of a successful download. All Firmware versions should be documented and any known problems should be viewable by end users. This would save a lot of problems for everyone. As of today this has NOT happened.
