theseven Also do a full restart by pressing and holding the power button for 15+ seconds with all input power disconnected. I think these communication error codes can be sometimes the result of an an attempt to do a restart while input power was present.
AndrewdAzotus Thank you both. The home panel icon is gone but i am now getting coses 002, 003 and 004. I unplugged every thing and did a full restart as you suggest
theseven That cold temp warning is probably the result of those communication issues. So even after a full shutdown and restart you're getting persistent 002, 003 and 004 errors? That would indicate that nothing on the internal RS485 bus is responding to requests from the MASTER controller at all. I.e. the AC, DC and BMS controllers are all unresponsive or the bus is jammed. I would usually expect a full restart to clear such a condition.
jmeunie1 Got the -273.2C warning immediately after connecting allegedly new battery out of the box. Additionally, had zero charge, would not provide power, not would it charge from SBV or direct connected solar panel.
theseven Did you fully restart the SBV after connecting the expansion battery? If not, that could explain these symptoms. It doesn't explain the errors on the SBV side though.
jmeunie1 I did restart the SBV first. SBV was off, connected Sat. Batt. , turned on SBV got immediate low battery warning in the app and all of the previously described problems and warnings regarding the battery. All FW upgrade attempts always stall at 90 percent. Immediately notified support and still waiting for resolution.
