Well, it's been almost 3 months since my first reports of some massive safety problems which still haven't been fully resolved until this day. Instead they keep ignoring me and just close any and all support requests without any response. And I keep discovering more issues all the time. This particular one is oviously one of the least severe of these issues, but it is a great example of their ignorance and how they treat their customers in general. Oh and don't forget that they still haven't fully delivered on last year's orders, where they advertized a delivery in October/November of 2022, with the home panel still being vaporware. I have serious doubts if that will ever be delivered, whether it will meet regulations, and whether it will work for any reasonable use case at all. Most customers will expect that they can use it to run their homes with solar power. They will be very disappointed when they figure out that it can't. How can anyone not be completely pissed off about that ?
