I have the same problem: I can connect via Bluetooth with my iPhone from quite a long range (so with Bluetooth at same frequency 2.4 GHz, physically probably range isn’t an issue). I have a dual frequency setup with 5 GHz for WiFi, a FritzBox Cable / Fritz Repeater 2400. I For the aetup, I disabled many security features such as MAC filters etc. The WiFi encryption is setup as WPA2 & WPA3. The SSID is visible and is basically an email address, so it has an „@“ as special character in it. I tried my guest WiFi with normal text SSID name and same timeout when trying to connect with WiFi. Note that I reset the PVhub by pressing IoT Button 10 seconds before trying something new.
