I waited over 6 months after placing an order on December 2, 2022. The SBV arrived on June 19, 2023. From the very beginning this has been a terrible experience. I purchased the SBV and a satellite battery expecting great things.

The system never would allow me to charge by AC and discharge by AC simultaneously (at the same time). Now the AC input is disabled in and out. I am getting all kinds of error codes. 309, 312, 002, 003, 004, 021, 022 and 223. The Led lights are not working. Firmware AC will not update (frozen at 57%)

Hopefully you they fix the problems or replace the SBV immediately.

check if AC input is disabled on the app. check if you have the homepanel mode active on the screen of SBV. send all details to support@zendure.com. this community is not often followed by zendure

With those 002/003/004 errors in the list, I don't think this can be a configuration issue. It's a full loss off communication on the internal bus between MASTER, DC, AC and BMS. Possibly caused by a failed/hung update. I'd try a forced shutdown (press power button for 15 seconds after disconnecting all input power) if it is stuck in such a state for several minutes. It's somewhat likely that this device is bricked though.

Did you ever get a resolution? … mine is now insistent that it is connected to a home panel and so won’t allow input or output even though the settings for both input and output are correct. Any clues as to how to get it off home panel, I don’t have one, ? All firmware says it’s up to date I’ve tried a 15 second update with green and led..
