ibis a question someone has the same problem: after the last update of the satellite battery 4.6 the complete DC failed. App DC lights up green. Indicator light stays off. I measured voltage .. unfortunately no voltage either. i tried to reset and reboot..doesn't work.. i sent to support.. sent multiple photos and videos.. but no idea so far.. maybe you guys have similar experiences? Thanks
lyrad Can't say what the issue is, but prior to any update, everything has to be unplugged from the SBV, so I would expect that includes the satellite battery. Not sure if that could have caused the problem.
ravi Satellite battery too .. Are sure about this.. considering how frequently the updates are coming out.. That's some serious heavy lifting and cable swapping!
