Error 003 and 217

Two days after trying the latest updates my one SBV still won’t output anything and continues to give errors listed above. Failed to to install all the updates and the remaining AC and Dc ones stop at 90%

Have you tried a full reboot? (press and hold the power button for 15 seconds)

Nothing works for me. It took over 6 months to receive the SBV and it hasn’t worked. I am by very disappointed. I was advised to go with Bluetti.

Bluetti isn't better. The support is extremely bad.

You are right about Bluetti support (zendure's is not the best either) But, unlike my SBV4600, my AC500 has been plug and play reliable and does not need constant monitoring or experience the same component communication problems for every firmware update.

I tested two small Bluetti E3B before I bought the SBV4600. The UPS mode of the Bluetti didn't work within the specifications - only with a very little power consumption in the AC outlet. The support didn't respond. And there was no answer when I wanted to send them back to them. I bought them directly from Bluetti by eBay. I had to go through eBay to send them back and get the money back. So I decided not to buy Bluetti products any more. Zendure support was very good before I bought the SBV and after getting it I Had a fast and good reaction, too. But this was 4 months before. I can't say if it get worse now.

isn't the 217 error when the battery is full and maybe overvoltage protection is on? have you tried to remove all inputs, and discharge 1-2% via dc/usb?

Well I shipped my bad unit back to Zendure (I boxed it, they sent a truck) and after a couple of weeks they contacted me about delivering the replacement SBV and it arrived Friday and has done everything I have asked of it so far. I think I got a refresh but who knows.
