Hello zendure fam. Was wondering if I just am not connecting things properly. But I'm in North America. I purchased 2 sbv4600. As well as the ZenY cable to connect to transfer switch to power my home. My question is can the units not be charged when connected with the ZenY cable? When not connected they can be charged and discharged at the same time. But together they'll only discharge but won't charge. What's the point if that's the case?
