This morning's update fried my Power station

When I looked at the app this morning, it had updated. Good! When I went to explore it, it very prominently showed a message saying the AC input is off, and when I clicked on this it got me to a page where I could turn it on. So I did.
About 2mins later I heard a lot bang from the closet the powerstation is in, and the power went off. When I got to the closet, there was smoke coming out the ventilation opening and it smelled like fried electrical components . The thing seemed to periodically try to restart AC power, but failed. The phone being still in my hands, I turned out off via the app.
How do I proceed?

I would contact Zendure Support and wouldn't use the SBV at the moment.

I have mailed to the support address right away. To this date I have not even received an acknowledgement that I did so. This is a disaster with a 4 digit price tag and they can't even respond within a business day. And, of course, there's no phone number, so I just sit here twiddling my thumbs waiting for them to respond.

My Superbase V cannot charge and discharge via AC at the same time. The Superbase V shouts down and trips the breaker. There is also a knocking sound. The problem doesn’t happen when charging via solar. How do I fix this. Zendure is not answering phone calls or emails.
