rodneyjh88 I updated the firmware and now the AC button on the app won't stay on. It's charged to 100% and still won't put out. I've already reset it by holding down the power and LED buttons and nothing.

rex do you have the homepanel icon on the screen? if yes, disable by pressing ac for 3 seconds, let go when you hear the 2 beeps
