Battery dead because of firmware update

Ticket opened on the 6th of marche 2024
Get an answer last week to check my order number ans all personal data and than ticket just closed
A nightmare 😭
Zendure must change software behavior and stop using amazon cloud
All must be hold localy on each setup
May be they will learn with all the crap they propagate with one update

We all updates on Real Time Line for exchange under warranty

What exactly happened? How did you realize that Battery is dead?

I am using mqtt to parse datas
After last update all battery was discharged because of forced output coming from Shelly cloud
And thé battery cells dropped to 1.52v
Below 2.5v a lifepo4 celle is dead

For lifepo4 min is about 2.5 v below it is deep discharged and kill thé cells
