SBP1500 not charging. Unknown display icon

Hello, everybody. We are using SBP1500 in UPS mode since november 2023. Some time ago (8 of March) there was a power outage and the SBP turned off instantly. It turned out that the battery was discharged. After power recovery SBP started showing random time to full charge. The input current is small, and over time it generally drops to zero - the battery does not charge, and a new indicator appeared (see the photo), which is not in the manual. Another same SBP was turned off all this time, and when we turned it on, the same indicator appeared there too. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Yes, I figured out the indicator - it means that the user has limited the degree of battery charge (80 or 90%). It remains to understand why the battery does not charge.

I have a similar problem. UPS mode became useless after last firmware upgrade. It used to stay at 100% charge in bypass until power outage. Now it just discharges completely and refuses to charge until almost empty. It's a shame this product is broken through firmware.
