Bypass mode cannot be set from app

If you try to change bypass mode from last update doesn’t work (it just stay on auto mode and cannot be disabled).

This is a real problem for me as I need to limit output to 350 watt even when battery is full (disabling the bypass at all)

Hi, which inverter do you have? If its a hoymiles it is possible to limit the inverter itself.

That’s not a problem at all, you can limit the solar flow hub itself to 300w or 400w output in the settings. Just set that you have a 300w machine.

If you read description of the bypass mode seems that solarflow direct connect output to input without apply any limit logic… and this is a real problem for a 350 watt inverter with 600/650 watt input

I have 350 watt inverter and 800 watt peak solar panel. Solar panel position is not perfect but for 3/4 hour in a day i reach 600/650 watt and I need that solarflow avoid direct connection from panel to micro inverter… there is a bug in the dropdown and even if you choose “always disabled”, and confirm the selection, the system keep stay in automatic mode

Today Shelly integration doesn’t work more and I reached 100% of battery…

Once reached the bypass mode start and then I tried to disable it and… work 😅😅

Iif anyone of you has the same problem wait for 100% battery and then you may be able to change this parameter like me
