Superbase 2000 went from 50% to 0%

My superbase 2000 was charging and I was monitoring it while I was at work and I got a notification that the battery is depleted. Last time I looked it was 50% then I looked again it went to 0% and now its giving me an infinite charging time estimate and it wont go past 0%. Anyone had the same problem before? And if you have any solutions would help.

Now I cant connect the wifi as it thinks the battery is at 0%. In fact the 2 20w usb c outputs was still working and Im trying to b deplete the battery charge and charge it again to see if it fixes it.
