Good morning, this morning I arrived at my company and found the Zendure with a low battery and a short circuit in the electrical panel. I unplugged the Zendure, but it smelled like burnt. Could I know who to contact for this? No one responds to emails and is still under warranty. I would like them to replace it for me because I didn't cause the problem.
