My Superbase v doesn’t turn on when I press the power button it was turning on intermittently and it is charged las time the screen turned on it was at 97% battery with the 6400 satellite battery connected when I press the green power button on the Superbase v main unit the satellite battery will power on but nothing from the base unit support has not been much help trying to get some results they just suggested to do a reset and if that doesn’t work send an email. support has “closed my ticket”after emailing Over a few weeks
