Zendure Superbase 4600 blew smoke. Support not responding to ticket.

I was working from home yesterday when I head a loud sound like a transformer exploding, to find that there was smoke in the air and coming from my SuperBase V4600. It was just idly maintaining a 75percent charge plugged into only line power, no inverter on, no load. It was scary.

Opened a support ticket a day ago and have not heard back. Is there an actual phone number to call?
