Zendure Superbase pro 200 - display stuck on 0% even after drain cycle

SBP 2000 showing 0% on display and only USB C slots are working. I drain the SBO by plugging the USBc laptop for 3 days and charged again.
After 10hrs of charging display is still showing 0% but from the fan sound I know it's fully charged.

Which I reconfirmed by reseting the Zendure SBP (power + AC + DC)
After reset for split of a second, display show 100% but afterwards show 0%.
I am.umable to turn the A/C on. Any help will be really appreciated.

Lol I have the same problem. One day when charging it I just got a notification saying the battery reached 0% while it was charging and stayed there . And same thing Im trying to drain it to 0% via usb c but I made the mistake of resetting the wifi as well so now I cant reconnect it back since it thinks the battery is at 0% so it fails everytime it I set it back up.
