Rubicon4xe Hello SBV friends, there seems to be a graphing problem in my SBV 4600. I sent all information to zendure support yesterday. After today's full deep cycle, the SBV again had version 0 in the BMS module and in the display battery SOC 0% and error 004. Perhaps there is still the possibility of performing an update via USB stick. If there is new information from zendure, there will be an info 😄. Best regards Mike Germany
rex happens sometimes(maybe often) when you discharge to 0. does it charge back? it should show correct version after it charges and if neede perform a reset.
amiller80130 All I got was error 003 after attempting the update. The first unit took 5 minutes to comeback after updating. The second unit has completely failed. It loaded to 100%, restarted and canned back with error 003. The AC master is V0, states it needs the firmware update and when you try..90% and sits there until it shuts down, about 15-20 minutes. Been working with support, but slow to respond, respond with same reset functions and now they want me to send back. Its been 1 week now on 1 unit. I'm afraid that the additional loading on the remaining unit is going to prematurely cause problems. Hope it stays up and operational while they fix unit 2.
