No AC Charge Input / Error 015 and 016

Trying to change my SBV4600 with AC input but not getting anything. Tried a reset and still not charging.

Flashing error codes 015 and 016.

Updated all firmware last week but haven't done AC charging until yesterday. It AC Charged fine when I first received the unit.

Photos attached. I am only able to charge via solar input.

Support please advise.

probably wrong bms firmware. there were some issues in the past for the 1.20

I have emailed and called yesterday but no response yet. The app doesnt't give me the option to update BMS Firmware. Says the current is 1.2

i have 1.0.9 and there was an issue with 1.2.0 and they put 1.2.1 which downgraded to 1.0.9 as fix. do you have any firmware on the USB stick that came with the SBV? there si a zip file on the faceboog group with the firmware in an older post. pr wait for Zendure to eply

What facebook group is it? I been ha ing same trouble, want to find that zip file for my usb stick that came with
