ronhogwarts My SBV4600 on the latest firmware gets stuck at 0% if I fully drain it, so I can't turn on the AC outputs until I do a reset with the AC+LED buttons for 3 seconds. I have to do this every day now, frustrating. 0.39kWh in today but still at 0%.
rex happend to me once, the unit was chargin OK, but did not show. restarted it in the evening and the SOC showed proper value.
rex mayne send this to support@zendure.com if this happens every time you discharge to 0%. so they track and add it to the fix list.
