GFCI Trips When Charging SBV4600

My SBV4600 trips the GFCI when charging at any speed above the lowest in the app, which is 400w, even when there is no other load on the circuit. Also, although the app lists the charge rate as 400w, the display on the machine, as well as the app, show it charging at around 310w-315w.

I have the switch on the back of the unit set to slow charge as well.

Anyone else have these issues, or know of any fixes?

All firmware is up to date except the AC, which I haven't updated since many are having problems after doing so. Also, there is nothing plugged into the unit while charging, and both AC and DC are off while charging.

Can the device be charged properly, or is it unable to charge?
