Similar issue mine randomly dies while plugged in and charging. The stated charge will fall like a rock from 98% down to 1% or 0% in under 10 minutes without a load. The only solution I have been able to find is to charge it via solar and ac then it typically climb up to 100% from 0% or 1% in between 5 and 15 minutes. Only after turning it off and then back on or shutting off the AC outlets on then back on. I basically have to connect solar and ac power then press all buttons randomly until I hit the right combination to get it to act right.
