My SuperBase Pro 2000 is stuck on ZERO CHARGE even though it its fully charged.

My Super Bass Pro is stuck at 0 no matter what I do to reset it it always sticks at zero even though it's fully charged when I reset it I can see the charge state at different numbers but when it resets it's always zero why is this happening I bought it off of eBay so I can't return it is there a firmware fix or can this be repaired or what?

Hmm, so I am not alone here. This is truly a sad situation 😢. Please endure please fix this problem or issue a firmware update to fix it or let us know what we should do because I can't even use it except for two of the slow USB C ports everything else doesn't turn on AC doesn't turn on nor does the DC.

The AC may not be turned on because the battery level is 0. It is possible that the device's battery level is not displayed correctly.
