Lego I tried to do an AC update to V2 2.1. in the end update came successfully but now stands as version v0. If I repeat the update, the message Update successful abeg comes back, the version remains at v0. I can no longer turn on the AC outputs either.
rex when updating disable or remove input and ouputs the sbv should not be charging or dischaging. the sbv has the right firmware. just force restart it. with the sbv ON but all cables removed, keep power buton for approx 10-15seconds. it will shutdown by itself. wait some 30 seconds. turn it back on. also restart the app.
Lego Hello, I have tried the reset (15 second off button) many times. after the restart there is always V0 and the update is offered. however, it now only runs to 90 percent
rex make a small video of the unit/app and send it to support@zendure.com. I do not see them that often in the community.
jmeunie1 Mine keeps swapping between V0 and the current AC firmware version at will. Interested in the fix for this.
theseven Does it show an error code at the right edge of the screen? I've seen my SBV crash with error code 6 and then temporarily show an AC version of 0. I'm still investigating the cause.
Lego when the device is running, there is error code 003. When booting up, there are also 041 and 042
support Good Morning, V0 means that the AC version update was not successful. You can try updating again. Specific problems may require specific analysis, try contacting us via email with your questions support@zendure.com
javier924 Did you manage to solve this? Customer support has been slow at responding over email and they basically just tell me to turn it off and on which obviously hasnt

support If the AC version shows 0, the update has not been successful and will only work if the update is complete. You can contact via email to help you complete the update.
