When I press the AC button it beeps and turns on but after 3 seconds it tuens back off on its own.

does the device show any error codes on the right side of the display?

SBP has no error codes to show, you can send the video to our email support@zendure.com

Long press ac button, it will beep more than once. That may work. Or unplug it as long as it above 2% charge and then turn on AC (long and/or short press). Or turn it off and back on by long pressing power button. I have never seen an error code to identify any of the buggy issues in the firmware.

Mine is now working again without a firmware update, I tried a reset procedure and have it for a while before turning it on and it seems to have done the trick. Press and hold AC Power Button and LED Button at the same time for 3 seconds and stay it back up, worked for me.
