Why did Zender SuperBase Pro 2000 lose its charge completely over night? (I left it plugged to solar panels)

Yesterday, 4/27/23, (1) I charged my Zender SuperBase Pro 2000 with solar panels. (2) At the end of the day it got charged all the way to about 86%. (3) I left it over night plugged to the XT-60 solar connector… hoping that in the morning it would resume its charging and completely full the battery. (4) Today in the morning the battery was down to 0%. I couldn’t believe it!!! It lost all its charge over night because I left it plugged directly to the solar panels?!!

Why did it lose its charge completely over night?

Hi Arthur, I wonder if you left the AC output on overnight? If so, it consumed a significant amount of power that could drain your battery overnight then if there is no load.

Is a load connected? If no load is connected, the AC output can be switched off.
Is the battery level not calibrated, resulting in an inaccurate display, try doing a charge/discharge cycle.
