Cannot change any option for sbv 4600 through the app

This problem has been happening for a long time and it's really limiting my usage if the device. I upgraded everything to the latest firmware. However, I can't change any option through app like turning ac DC ports on and off or changing charge limit etc... tried both Bluetooth and wifi. I had some success after reset it multiple times by holding down the power for more than 15 seconds. Now none of it works. I had to turn on DC and ac port manually which is very inconvenient.

Is anybody running into the same issue? The app seems pretty buggy and not ready for the big league.

Is the wifi icon on the SBV lit up solid or blinking? Does it appear to report status accurately to the app?

Yes. Wifi link is steady and all the stats updated once i go back one screen and come back. Just not the config options where to click on the on the top right corner

Hi support. There is no change at all on the sbv screen and no error code shown. It just doesn't do anything when i try to change options like changing the charging limit or turning off/on the ac port. I don't know what to record on video to show you since those are very basic functions I'm trying to set.

The app definitely leaves something to be desired. It's a sad state of affairs that we, the customers, are the ones who must beta test the software 🤦‍♀️. Anyways, I have done that completely closing the app and reopening it each time I use it.
