Hi there. My device stays offline after successful initial setup. I tried with mobile data off, wifi is definitely 2.4 GHz, performed reset(AC+DC+Power button) Also unable to have 4G reception bar,only 4G flashing. Any help much appreciated. Customer service take their time. 5 days and no response-very nice. Thanks
