theseven Is there a list of descriptions for those 3-digit error codes of the SBV somewhere? I'm getting some misbehavior of my SBV and a lot of different errors. I would like to understand whether this is caused by firmware bugs, a defective unit or just general design flaws of this system.
TigerDan saw 331 yesterday when power around 1.8k load using TT30 port, inverter shut-off. What is this error.
theseven As far as I can tell it means that the BMS has disconnected the battery and shut down the unit due to the battery being overcharged / at least one cell exceeding 3.65V. were you by any chance charging the unit using solar panels at that time and did the solar power exceed your load? If so, discharging the SBV to less than 95% and then setting the charging limit to 97% might help avoid that.
TigerDan I believe in this case, battery is around 97%, solar input is 8-10watt since its almost sunset. Don't believe it's due to overcharge. Will try to set charging limit to 97% as you suggested and monitor.
