Ac charging not working after latest update

I like others did a software update 2 days ago and now my ac charging does not work.

did you try the 15 seconds reset? hold power button for 15-20 sec.

Are you connected to a satellite? If so the newest firmware breaks AC charging when connected. Support said new firmware coming to fix the issue. If you disconnect the satellite the SBV will charge.

Firmware AC V.2.1.11 solved this problem for me.
