Since, neither battery charging, nor AC-feedthrough is working at all, which renders the system practically useless (which is completely inacceptable). V4600 works properly as standalone, thus with no battery attached.
I need a solution immediately ! If provided, I am willing to reload the previous firmware via USB, however, I could not find it anyware on the Zendure webpage resp. on the internet.
