Ac charging triggers breakers.

I have been using the zendure SBV4600 with solar panels And it works great. I wanted to supplement the solar with ac input and it works well (charges the SBV with ac no problem) until I press the ac button on the unit and this trips the breakers in my house every time. Does not matter how much load is on the ac out plugs it always trips the house breakers. Do you know why this may be? Is there a setting I can use to avoid tripping the breakers? They are 20a breakers.

does it chage from AC? does it trip when you enable AC out?

Hi rex. Yes it does charge. It only trips when I click the ac out button.

do you have the ground-neutral bond on AC out? try removing that

Have you tried a generator neutral to ground bonding plug?

Thanks! I use one to charge my car with the Zendure. Do I need another one to charge the zendure from my home ac outlet?
