PrplDaze Hi, we are trying to charge the Zendure with the solar panels, they are connected, but not charging the Zendure, has anyone had this problem and if so, please tell me how you fixed it?
searsm8 Solar charging should work automatically if you have it connected to the XT90 input port. My guess is you have a broken circuit somewhere, perhaps a bad connector or broken solar panel. I suggest using a volt meter to make sure the panels are outputting as you expect, and also perform a continuity check on the wiring to see if there is an open circuit somewhere in your system.
jonathanuwguy I'm running into the same issue with my v4600 where solar doesn't show any charging even though i measured the voltage at the connector and it showed 137v. Emailed support and still waiting for their response
searsm8 Another possibility is inaccurate battery charge %. After I performed a firmware update, I noticed the charge % wasn't updating correctly (both on the device screen and in the app). There was an error code 004 on the bottom right of the display screen, but anyone could be forgiven for not seeing it because it is so small! Reseting the SBV (hold the power button for 15s) fixed this issue for
